Yoga – Awake Yourself !!

As the season is changing in front of our eyes in our body and in our mind. we need to          remember to keep the Prana (life energy) changing and moving with it.

For that we need to open our breathe as much as we can. to breathe and give different        attention to different parts in our body, all in order to make sure the energy is flowing        fluently. the quality of our breathe is the quality of our life.

In a world of constant noise and fast changes, you are welcome to slow down, take            moment for yourselves move your body and share some vibes.

What is Prana-Vinyasa?

PranaVinyasa is a Yoga flow sequence. means  it is a sequence of movements together with the breathe… like a never ending dance which include some pauses for observation.

Some details:

The sessions will take place at kreuzberg Yoga studio in Lübbener Straße 9, every Tuesday 17:30 – 19:00 (see the schedule ) not any previous knowledge is necessary, for now the    sessions are for beginners, and advanced people in yoga as well. just come in comfortable clothes, and with empty stomach as you can (meaning, don’t eat heavy food before)

The Yoga i’m teaching in this course is Parana-Vinyasa, which is a form of Hatha Yoga(the physical aspect of Yoga) a method based on a beautiful flow of movement and breathing, with the emphasis on observation/meditation. it is quite eclectic practice combining elements from different methods. it is a flow that puts the focus on synchronization between the movement and the breath         gradually becoming one harmonic flow. the practice will include sometimes    different kinds of breathing exercises (pranayama), and often include meditation.

different sessions at different times, all depending on the day and the mood, all is Yoga.

As we bear in our mind that the Breath is the crossroad of our psycho-physical being, we remember as well it is a way to transport, and transform our life           energy (prana) and with it the life quality. indeed it is the focus on the                mysterious breath which makes Hatha Yoga so unique.

The Yoga i teach i studied over the years of my wanderings from many different teachers along the way, some at the mountains, and some at the yoga studios.      i started to teach in Rishikesh India(2009) under the guidance of Yogi Sandeep, and with the inspiration of Ganga Ma. for all those i owe much and cherish deeply. though the Prana-vinyasa method was developed by Ream Aruveni, who is a Master of yoga, and an artist who lives on the mountains of Israel.

To all of them i express my full gratitude and appreciation for being a company of good wisdom and for giving me the tools of Yoga, but mainly for leading me to my own Self teacher.

Yoga is an experience. persistence practice in the art of yoga brings great       transformations. everyone with his own abilities and will his own goals and          aspirations. the responsibility lies upon us to achieve whatever we aspire to whatever we dream about. it is in our hands to change whatever we want to change, in us likewise in the world surrounding us. each and any one of us will bring his-self, wherever one needs.

In the future will be different kinds of specific activities, like meditation sessions, or Gyana yoga workshops. as my main training at university was philosophy, the Yoga philosophy (Gyana Yoga) has been, and still is, a big interest for me. i will be happy to share it and pass it on.

In the blog Yoga for the people  i will give my perspective on the infinite story called Yoga. through scripture and stories, movies and articles, i will introduce great teachers and  yogis, from past times throughout our current times. i will represent  different  approaches and attitudes towards Yoga, and i’ll bring my own interpretations for the question, what is yoga.
